Services Included

Initial Consultation

Heidi offers you and your fiancé a 45-minute complimentary consultation where you can meet her, see if she is the right fit for you, to determine your rehearsal and ceremony dates and availability, to find out your dreams and expectations for your special day, if you will need help writing vows, and I will help you to identify what kind of ceremony would be perfect for you and the vision you have for your special day.

Planning Meeting

The planning meeting will be to review and discuss specific details about the wedding ceremony. (When should I arrive at the venue? Do you have a wedding coordinator? Will a DJ to play music when the bride enters? Who is in the wedding party? What ceremony options are you interested in?) We will go over all the details of the wedding ceremony. At this time a contract will be provided to you for signature and will require a 50% deposit.

Creating the Ceremony

Following your planning meeting, I will create and email you a full draft of your ceremony for your review. You can revise your draft ceremony as much as you’d like until it is the exact wedding ceremony you want. After you make any changes that you might have, then simply email your edited draft back to me. Your special day is YOUR special day and I want it to feel perfect – if you need additional suggestions or guidance, I am happy to help at no additional charge.

Performing the Ceremony

I will arrive at your wedding venue early to help coordinate with your attendants and vendors and get ready for the processional. I am happy to work with other wedding professionals and am perfectly comfortable with photographers taking pictures anywhere they would like during the ceremony. I will deliver the exact ceremony we've agreed upon and create a wonderful experience for you and your guests.

Tailored for You

Although it’s your responsibility to get the marriage license before the wedding, I will take care of signing it immediately after the ceremony and will file it with the proper office. You’ll also receive a commemorative Wedding Certificate until you can receive a copy of your official license from your government office.

Optional Services

Up to 8 hours of premarital coaching is available in accordance with the requirements for the State of Texas. Heidi is registered as a preferred officiant and coach with the TwoGetherInTexas State Program.
