What is Wellness Coaching?

As a Wellness Coach, I take a holistic approach that helps your heart, mind, body and spirit to work in alignment for the greatest good of you!  As a Wellness Coach I will help you to identify behaviors, foods, supplements, sleep habits and activities that will help you to restore clarity of mind, restore energy, help you to move with improved vigor, and change mindsets that may keep you stuck in self-sabotage behaviors and keep you from experiencing life to its fullest.

You'll experience transformation after transformation as you identify behaviors, make changes to mindset, and put into action consistent practices that will lead to improved health.

This proactive approach of moving the body, getting proper nutrition, sustaining sleep, boosting vitamins and minerals, ensuring that the body's structure and chemistry are aligned will set you up for success not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well.

When you become aligned with your purpose and more empowered in your life, life as a whole will become more manageable and you will have clarity of mine, be able to manage the energy you spend on various situations and tasks, and help your body heal faster.
