About Me.

My name is Heidi McLain, I've been providing professional coaching and consulting with individuals, businesses and organizations for the past 8 years and have had over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 Companies, Executives and Leaders at Franklin Covey, (Leadership Training) American Stores Properties - (Business Property Management), PRG Schultz - (Accounts Receivable Recovery), Eli Lilly and Company -(Pharmaceutical Sales), i2 Technology - (Innovation Solutions & Integration), and Yum! Brands.(International Restaurant Development, Innovation, Marketing, and Research & Development).

I love helping individuals who traditionally have been passed over for promotions achieve the position and career path they've been longing for. It's so rewarding helping teams learn how to work together cohesively and helping them learn how to how to find solutions and resolve conflict in a fast and healthy way.  The bonus to me is helping businesses (small and large) increase their bottom-line revenue through streamlining processes, finding additional revenue opportunities, leveraging the strengths within their organization, and sharing proven leadership practices that build consumer and employee loyalty.
