About the event

Welcome to the 2025 Resilient Teen Summer Program!! - Join us Monday thru Friday June 16th - 20th from 10AM to Noon CST.

We will be reviewing the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, Sharing Meditations, Breathwork, EFT Tapping and other stress management tools for your teen to address the anxiety that is keeping them from focus and clarity, causing sleeplessness and irritability, and is keeping them from making consistent healthy choices.


This will be a fun and interactive class where each attendee will be able to share their concerns, their goals and dreams and address the things that are weighing heavy on their minds. They will learn coping strategies that empower them to feel grounded, at peace, and build resilience in their daily lives.


Strategies used during this course will be based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, and DBT.
